Universal Connector

This guide explains how to integrate Glance into your agent desktop using our Universal Connector. The package includes an agent-side interface that enables agents to join Glance Cobrowse and Mobile Cobrowse sessions, as well as use Mobile Camera Share functionality.

Getting Started

Before using the Glance agent-side experience, ensure the following prerequisites have been completed:

  • Your organization has been provisioned a Glance Group.
  • Users have been provision with valid Partner User IDs.
  • Your website has been tagged with the Glance Cobrowse script, and includes a button or link to start a Cobrowse session.
  • SAML authentication with Glance has been enabled through your chosen Identity Provider.
  • You have completed onboarding with Glance Customer Success. As part of this process, Glance will provide you with an organization-specific URL and configure allow-list settings for the agent desktop. If you need assistance, Contact Glance.
