Bug Fixes and Optimizations

• Resolved an issue where the agent was unable to turn video on or off.
• Updated the visitor video session passcodes within the Session Detail Log to be the standard ten-digit format.
• Increased the rate that a visitor’s device disconnects from Presence after losing connectivity.
• Resolved an issue where a visitor’s device could not reconnect to Presence.
• Resolved an issue where a visitor’s video preview picture did not adjust in large mode when the device was rotated.
• Resolved an issue where the visitor’s view of the agent’s video did not display immediately.
• Resolved an issue in the Default UI where one-way agent video did not display correctly.
• Resolved an issue where toggling pause did not display the default string if a custom string had previously been used.
• Resolved an issue where a Presence log repeated during load-balanced Presence connections.
• Updated mobile setting fetch timer to 3600 seconds.
• Added option to turn off autocorrect on text fields.
• Resolved an issue where the visitor was prompted to turn on video in a group when only one-way video was enabled.
• Resolved an issue with the Widget UI when maximizing the widget in tab mode.
• Updated EndSession message logging to be more specific.
• Removed memory management logic on shutdown that would occasionally cause the SDK to crash.
