Updated the Access Log page so that its default date range covers a full 24-hour day for the current day instead of only up to the current time.

API
Added the lastSession field to the GET Users API response on both Admin and Group endpoints. This field returns the ISO 8601 timestamp of the user’s most recent Glance session, or null if the user has never had a session.
