Glance also offers the ability to enable the front-end agent experience in third-party systems such as CRM or CCaaS systems.

To enable glance in your application:

1. Complete the initial prerequisites.
2. Iframe the agent-side Glance URL in your agent desktop or interface.
3. Add the following URLs to an allowed list of origins to enable the Glance resources in the third-party application:
   • Your IDP URL, e.g. “https://.okta.com”
   • The URL provided by Glance
   • https://www.glance.net
   • https://www.glancecdn.net
